There are new things and the return of one beloved thing – because Bulldogs, we heard you barking! But you’ll have to read to the end for that one. NEW BAG POLICY We have adopted similar security measures to other arenas and that means implementing a bag policy. This takes some time, so please ARRIVE EARLY so you don’t miss any of the action. BAG POLICY: Small bags not exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” such as a clutch purse, wristlet, or wallet Items in pockets and blankets are subject to inspection Allowed bags include medically necessary bags, including breast pumps and diaper bags for individuals/families with a child/children under age 3 Learn more about the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center’s bag policy Ticket questions can be handled by our Ticket Office staff at 218-727-4344. The ticket office will be open 2 hours before the game starts. CASHLESS The arena now exclusively accepts digital payments — credit cards, debit, concession cards, and contactless payment. No credit card? No problem! You can make an even “cash-to-concession card” transaction at the AMSOIL ticket office. Learn more about cashless payment. NEW FAMILY VALUE STAND The Family Value Stand, located in the DECC Arena, will feature only items that are $5 or under! NEW Rolled Chicken Taco Hot Dog Popcorn Box Pretzel Nachos Also, beverages: including fountain drinks, soft drinks, and domestic beer Where is that exactly? Head south, towards the lake, and exit into the Symphony Hall lobby. The DECC Arena is towards the left. New Family Value Stand indicated with yellow star NEW FOODS Every year, new food items are greatly anticipated and this year has some special ones.
