Bayfront Festival Park Bayfront Festival Park Bayfront Festival Park is one of Duluth’s most beautiful public parks, located on the shores of Lake Superior. Visitors to the park can view ships from around the world entering the harbor under the Aerial Lift Bridge. Bayfront Festival Park is home to a variety of events and activities throughout the year. Enjoy an exciting array of festivals featuring music, entertainment, art and food. During winter months, there is ice-skating and a holiday lighting display. Take a walk around the festival grounds, stage and past the harbor. Play on the biggest, most innovative playground in Duluth, Playfront Playground. This play area is open to children of all ages. Bayfront Festival Park’s restroom building is open daily during the summer months from 8am to 8pm.
