TUESDAY – FRIDAY 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM UMD Hockey – AMSOIL Ticket Office Opens 2 Hours before Game Time Concerts & Entertainment – Ticket Office Opens 2 Hours before Event Start Time TICKET OFFICE HOURS TUESDAY – FRIDAY 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Where is Accessible Parking at the DECC? Accessible parking spaces are available on the surface lot near Entrance B (City Side Convention Center) and Entrance E (AMSOIL Arena). Additional accessible spaces are available in the ramp on all levels. The elevator is located in the northeast corner of the ramp (towards the front of the Irvin). The elevator transports guests to the ground floor or to the skywalk level (3rd level) of the ramp that connects directly to the DECC. Guests are encouraged to drop off individuals with accessibility needs at their event entrance and then park. Elevators are located at entrances B, E & F. Here’s a link to our facility map. We also have a map of other parking options in Canal Park and nearby Downtown HERE. What is the bag policy? The Duluth Entertainment Convention Center prioritizes the safety of guests and staff. In order to expedite entry experiences and better meet today’s demands for crowd security, we have implemented the following bag policy, effective for all entertainment events and other events as deemed necessary by the DECC.
