What are the Ticket Office hours and where is it located?

The Ticket Office is in the AMSOIL Arena Lobby located on the second floor/skywalk level of AMSOIL Arena.

From the main parking lot, enter Door E and walk up the stairs to the left.

TICKET OFFICE HOURS

Monday – Friday | 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday | 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Sundays | CLOSED

 

When is the DECC Arena Concourse open for walking?

You can get your steps in Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, event dependent.

 

Where is Accessible Parking at the DECC?

Accessible parking spaces are available on the surface lot near Entrance B (City Side Convention Center) and Entrance E (AMSOIL Arena).  Additional accessible spaces are available in the ramp on all levels. The elevator is located in the northeast corner of the ramp (towards the front of the Irvin).

The elevator transports guests to the ground floor or to the skywalk level (3rd level) of the ramp that connects directly to the DECC.

Guests are encouraged to drop off individuals with accessibility needs at their event entrance and then park. Elevators are located at entrances B, E & F.
