From the main parking lot, enter at Door D. Ten-minute ticket purchase parking is located behind the DECC along Harbor Drive. All sales are final. Everyone one year and older requires a ticket. Depending on event, facility charge for DECC events is $1.00 to $2.00. General event guidelines For the safety of everyone the following items are prohibited at the DECC. No glass bottles, cans, flasks, hard plastic containers or other potential projectiles, unless given out by the venue. No outside food or beverages. No cameras (professional, digital or otherwise), video cameras, audio recording equipment, laser pointers, flashlights, etc., unless specified by the promoter of the event. No weapons, knives or fireworks. No inflatables (beach balls, hammers and seats), flags, signs or banners. No chains, spiked jewelry or studded belts. Cell phones may be prohibited during certain shows and during the ordering process of tickets. No smoking inside or within 20 feet of any entrance. All large bags, backpacks and large jackets may be searched upon entering the building for certain events. Please check with Guest Services if you have any questions.
