PLEASE NOTE:

The DECC Ticket Office is closed until further notice.
Phone calls will be answered Monday through Friday from 10AM to 4PM.

Refunds are available at the original point of purchase for all cancelled shows.  We ask patrons to hold on to their tickets for all postponed or rescheduled events as your tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.  If you purchased your tickets at the DECC Ticket Office or have any questions regarding events, please contact the Director of Ticketing at 218-623-1210 or by e-mail at daleff@decc.org.   You can purchase tickets for rescheduled events at Ticketmaster.com or at 218-623-1210 with a credit card.

Directions to the Ticket Office

The DECC Ticket Office is located in the DECC Arena/Symphony Hall Lobby. From the main parking lot, enter at Door D.

Ten-minute ticket purchase parking is located behind the DECC along Harbor Drive.

We accept: VISA, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX

The DECC Ticket Office does not accept phone orders.

For more information please call one of our ticket agents at the DECC Ticket Office. Will Call orders may be picked up after 3:30 p.m. on the day of the show. For certain events it will be two hours before event time. Call the Ticket Office at 218-727-4344 for details. All sales are final. Everyone one year and older requires a ticket.

Depending on event, facility charge for DECC events is $1.00 to $2.00.


General event guidelines

For the safety of everyone the following items are prohibited at the DECC.

  • No glass bottles, cans, flasks, hard plastic containers or other potential projectiles, unless given out by the venue.
  • No outside food or beverages.
  • No cameras (professional, digital or otherwise), video cameras, audio recording equipment, laser pointers, flashlights, etc., unless specified by the promoter of the event.
  • No weapons, knives or fireworks.
  • No inflatables (beach balls, hammers and seats), flags, signs or banners.
  • No chains, spiked jewelry or studded belts.
  • Cell phones may be prohibited during certain shows and during the ordering process of tickets.
  • No smoking inside or within 20 feet of any entrance.

All large bags, backpacks and large jackets may be searched upon entering the building for certain events.
