Bringing our best to the table

The DECC’s in-house catering department focuses on serving food created with ingredients that are as locally sourced as possible. Some of the local vendors we work with include Duluth Coffee Company, Upper Lakes Foods, Johnson’s Bakery and Bent Paddle Brewing Co. To stick with our sustainable goals, we donate or compost all leftover food and use compostable items whenever possible.
