DECC Vision 2020 Leadership Training Posted on February 3, 2020April 30, 2020 by Mary Sullivan Chelly Townsend, Executive Director, led the DECC Vision 2020 leadership training this week. Fifty of the DECC’s leaders participated in a full day of training focusing on customer service, leadership, and safety. Thank you to our guest speakers, Ted Schick, Corporate Trainer; Duluth Police Chief, Mike Tusken; Karen Stromme, UMD Sr. Associate Athletic Director & Sr. Women Administrator; and Roz Randorf, DECC Board Member, Duluth City Councilor & Dale Carnegie Trainer along with the team from Audio Visual Resources.
