Catering Bringing our best to the table The DECC’s in-house catering department is headed by Executive Chef Jerry Carpenter and focuses on serving food created with ingredients that are as locally sourced as possible. Some of the local vendors we work with include Duluth Coffee Company, Upper Lakes Foods, A Dozen Excuses Donuts & More, Johnson’s Bakery, and Bent Paddle Brewing Co. To adhere to our sustainability goals, we donate or compost all leftover food and use compostable items whenever possible.
