The Arena League Football The Arena League at DECC Arena Officials from The Arena League proudly announced in April 2023 that Duluth, Minnesota has been awarded the second of its four planned inaugural season teams. The Duluth Harbor Monsters will be playing home games at the DECC Arena in downtown Duluth. The team plans to hire local staff, involved local business leaders in the ownership group, the sale of season tickets, and even have the community name the team.
