City on the Hill Music Festival Friday, August 1 & Saturday, August 2 City On The Hill Music Fest will bring together people of faith for 2 DAYS of fellowship and music at beautiful Bayfront Festival Park in Duluth, MN. Established in 2015 on the shores of the greatest of lakes, City On the Hill Music Festival brings together thousands of Christians from across the country for two days of worship, music and praise. No bottles, cans, coolers, outside food or beverages, weapons or pets (except authorized service animals) are allowed inside the event. 2.) You must supervise your children at all times. 3.) Water fountains are located across from the portable restrooms. Food and beverage concessions are available inside of the park. 4.) We encourage patrons to leave backpacks and large bags at home. Bags and purses will be subject to security checks. 5.) You may, and should, bring your own chair (subject to search at security). 6.) You may not assemble any flags, tents or other items that could obstruct viewing for patrons behind you. UMBRELLA USE IS ALLOWED IN CASE OF RAIN! 7.)
