Examples include educational webinars, workout programs, team challenges, annual health fair, etc. The DECC also has a free employee gym available to use when the building is open. Money is contributed to your PERA fund in two ways: Employee contributes 6.50% of their earnings to PERA The DECC matches their contributions at 7.5% DEFERRED COMPENSATION OPTIONAL RETIREMENT PLAN – 547 RETIREMENT PLAN The Minnesota Deferred Compensation Plan (MNDCP) is a voluntary retirement savings plan offered by the DECC. Contributions are deducted from your paycheck and invested according to your preference. Employees must elect to contribute to the MNDCP plan.
