The DECC is a public authority with a public mission to be a gathering space. The easing of restrictions means the DECC can once again become a place for the community to meet in larger numbers. “Today’s announcement removes many asterisks. We’re excited for a full summer of activities at Bayfront, and a busy fall season inside the DECC,” said Reinert. “Credit to the small but mighty team that has ensured the DECC survive the pandemic.
