Catering and Liquor Services

The DECC’s in-house catering department focuses on serving food created with ingredients that are as locally sourced as possible. Some of the local vendors we work with include Upper Lakes Foods, Bent Paddle Brewing Co., Duluth Coffee Co., and more. To stick with our sustainable goals, we donate or compost all leftover food and use compostable items whenever possible.

Our catering operation is part of the DECC and not contracted out, which saves you money and means a professional and impressive spread every time. All food is provided exclusively by the DECC, with the exception of a decorated wedding cake or decorated wedding cupcakes.
