Their music is tough and moody, full of ruminations on life, with powerful rockers sitting side by side with slower, introspective tracks, The combo released their debut Firewater in 2011 reaching number four on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart. In 2016 the album Mud, which debuted at number four on the Country Albums chart. In 2019 their self-titled studio album was a surprise hit debuting at six on the Billboard Top 200 and topping both the country and indie charts. Whiskey Myers continues to produce with their digital EP, a four-song release called The Wolf and later the group’s sixth album, Tornillo.
