Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) is a nonprofit organization that has been assisting veterans for over 25 years, helping over 5,500 veterans and their families. It is estimated that 1% of the veterans in this state, or close to 4,100, will experience an episode of homelessness this year. MACV is there to assist! FAQs‣ FESTIVAL FAQs Children 12 & under are admitted free. • The event assumes no liability for damages to personal property nor personal injuries. • Event is presented rain or shine to the best abilities of the promoter. • No refunds or exchanges after August 21, 2021 • Bring your own chairs • Personal camp chairs are preferable for adults. Strollers for young children. • Shade umbrellas and chairs with awnings or sun shaders are allowed in back rows only. • No coolers, cans, bottles or outside food and beverages permitted through the gates. • Ticket holders acknowledge the required bag and pack inspections at the gate and within the park. • Except for certified assistance service animals, no pets are permitted in the park or Bayfront parking lots. * All Veterans, Active Military and their families get in free of charge. * Parking in the dirt lot next to Bayfront Festival Park is free of charge. Additional parking will be available at the DECC parking lots. * No weapons of any kind are permitted in the park. * It is the obligation of each attendee to have as much fun as they can.
