Gates open at 1:30 p.m., with a full day of entertainment, food, crafts, bouncy houses, and more. This year’s lineup features something for everyone—from emerging local talent to Minnesota’s top cover band, SSCB (Some Sh!tty Cover Band). Known for their explosive, high-energy shows, SSCB is not your average cover band. Featuring former members of Quietdrive, Take Cover, and The Usual Things, this powerhouse group reinvents crowd favorites with a bold edge and unmatched intensity. Their set will ignite the stage and set the tone for an unforgettable fireworks finale.

2025 FourthFest Entertainment Lineup:

  • 2:00 – 2:45 PM – The Perpetual Guests (featuring young musicians backed by professional artists, directed by Luke Perry)
  • 3:00 – 3:45 PM – Jake Birdseye Band
  • 4:00 – 4:45 PM – Sound Check Band
  • 5:00 – 5:45 PM – 34th Infantry Division Red Bull Band
  • 6:00 – 6:45 PM – Liberty Call Brass Band – U.S. Navy
  • 7:00 – 7:45 PM – Airshow Presentations & Performer Introductions, including a demonstration by the U.S. Navy Leap Frogs Parachute Team
  • 7:50 PM – Welcome from Duluth Mayor Roger Reinert
  • 8:00 PM – SSCB (Some Sh!tty Cover Band)
  • 10:00 PM – Spectacular Fireworks Over Duluth’s Harbor

What to Know Before You Go:

  • Lawn chairs are welcome for seating comfort.
  • Outside food, beverages, coolers, and pets are not permitted. (Service animals are welcome.)
  • The event takes place rain or shine.
  • Free Admission
PLEASE NOTE
  • Entry is FREE
  • Early arrival is encouraged
  • Service animals only are allowed
  • No bottles, cans, coolers, outside food/beverages, fireworks or weapons are permitted inside the event. 
  • No outside signage, noisemakers or bullhorns are allowed. 
  • Do bring one factory-sealed or an empty water bottle per person. Water fountains are located across from the portable restrooms. Camelbacks or other hydration bladder systems are not allowed. 
  • Food, Bar and beverage concessions are available inside of the park. 
  • Please no outside food. Family/medical accommodations can be made upon request
  • All bags and purses will be subject to security checks. 
  • You may bring your own chair (subject to search at security) to this concert. 
  • People may set up chairs on either side of the fence line for this event. 
  • Patrons may not assemble any flags, umbrellas, tents or other items that could obstruct viewing for patrons behind them. 
  • Tailgating is not allowed in any of the parking lots or festival grounds. 
  • No smoking is allowed at Bayfront Festival Park or in the parking areas.
