DECC parking lot is expected to fill to capacity both evenings. Visitors to the Canal Park/DECC/Bayfront area should consider alternative parking options:

Ride public transportation

DTA Route 24 leads direct from downtown to Harbor Drive.

Utilize a Bentleyville shuttle available from Canal Park, Downtown Duluth, Edgewater Hotel, and the large parking area on Garfield Avenue.

DSSO offers a complimentary bus for their ticketed guests.

UMD students with a hockey ticket may access free transportation on the Fan Bus, round trip from UMD to AMSOIL Arena.

Walk from Nearby

Whether you work Downtown or plan to enjoy dinner in Canal Park before the events, the DECC and Bayfront Park are centrally located. Utilize Duluth’s indoor skywalk system to walk from Downtown or the Minnesota Slip Bridge if attending from Canal Park.

Ride Share

Ride share Uber and Lyft vehicles, hotel shuttles, and taxis should use the passenger drop off/pick up DECC Door F (Paulucci Hall/Ticket Office Entrance) on Harbor Drive OR avoid further congestion and drop off passengers in the Duluth Transit Center on Michigan Street – Guests may walk the indoor skywalk to the DECC.

Find Alternative Parking

Plan ahead an alternate parking location. There are many public lots within walking distance identified on this map. Cost of each public lot varies; you are responsible for adequate payment for parking.

Carpool

For those who wish to park at the DECC, please carpool, arrive early and plan for delays. Parking at the DECC costs $5 per vehicle. Use caution when driving in the area; always watch for pedestrians.
