Bringing our best to the table

The DECC’s in-house catering department is headed by executive chef Peter Dingmann and focuses on serving food created with ingredients that are as locally sourced as possible. Some of the local vendors we work with include Arco Coffee, The Exchange Bakery, Upper Lakes Foods and Bent Paddle Brewing Co. To stick with our sustainable goals, we donate or compost all leftover food and use compostable items whenever possible.

Our catering operation is part of the DECC and not contracted out, which saves you money and means a professional and impressive spread every time.
