Barback - $7.25 (part-time position)

• Assist bartenders by helping keep bar area well supplied and clean.
• Must be outgoing and have a customer-focused personality.
• Must be able to lift 165lbs (full keg of beer) up 12" (into cooler), with assistance.
• Shifts vary by events scheduled. Possibility of 1 to 3 shifts per week which may include days, evenings and weekends. Shifts usually are 4 to 8 hours.
• Some bar experience helpful.

Bartender - $7.25 (part-time position)

• Take orders from customer
• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serve wine and draught or bottled water
• Collect money for drinks served
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• Help maintain a clean and efficient bar
• Must be outgoing and have a customer-focused personality.
• Experience in serving large volume of guests
• Shifts vary by events scheduled. Possibility of 1 to 3 shifts per week which may include days, evenings and weekends. Shifts usually are 4 to 8 hours.
  

First  Cook -  $10.00 (part-time position)

• Work 2 to 4 shifts per week (20 to 25 hours); occasionally more, occasionally less. Shifts are usually morning and afternoon, but occasionally include evenings.
• Cook for high volume events, i.e. conventions, receptions, etc. Typical duties: prepare 600 salads/2000 box lunches/400 dinners, etc.
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years hotel/restaurant cold and/or hot preparation experience or equivalent. High volume food preparation experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain a current Sanitation Certificate from St. Louis County.
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Concessions Attendant - $7.25 (part-time position)

• Sell hot dogs, candy, nachos, pop, ice cream, etc. Operate cash register and make change.
• Must be friendly, outgoing and have a customer-focused personality.
• 2 to 4 shifts per week - schedule varies according to events. Evening and weekend shifts; job continues into April. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR UMD MEN'S HOME HOCKEY GAMES
