How to Use these Forms

To view and print our order forms, you must perform the following steps to download and properly configure Adobe Acrobat Reader.

We recommend that you bookmark this page before you begin to perform the three steps outlined below. After you complete these steps, you may return to this page to view and print the registration forms.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe Web site.
  2. Install Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.
  3. Copy the PDF Viewer plug-in to your browser’s plug-in folder.

Advance Orders: To receive the advance rate, orders must be paid in full and received a minimum of five days prior to the first scheduled move in day.

Processing Of Order Forms: Completed order forms will not be processed unless full payment accompanies the form. Payment may be made by check or credit card. The DECC accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Cancellations Or Changes: Items ordered and delivered to a booth, but subsequently cancelled, will be charged at 25% of the contract rate. Draped tables will be charged at 100% of draping charge, but table will not be charged.

Shipping Instructions: Materials may be shipped to the DECC no more than seven days prior to the first scheduled move-in day. Please refer to the Drayage Service/Freight Handling Form for rates and information. Materials should be labeled as followed:
